Our standard shipping method is Canada Post. All items purchased from n2 Store are made pursuant to a shipment
contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items
pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Insurance is an optional charge; we do not assume responsibility in case
of damage and/or loss by the Shipping Company.
FORCE MAJEURE
Any delay in the performance of any of the duties or obligations of any party caused by an event outside the affected
party's reasonable control will not be considered a breach of this Agreement, and unless provided to the contrary herein,
the time required for performance will be extended for a period equal to the period of such delay. Such events will include
